This website at dog-house.ae is operated by Doghouse Pets Boarding and Daycare LLC, trading as Dog House, of Warehouse 28, 22nd street., Al Quoz, Dubai,, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to copy its content, photography, design or code without our permission. The photographs of our facility, our dogs and our team are ours. The text, branding and code on this site are protected and remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Dog House provides dog boarding, day care, grooming, transport and a la carte services at our facility in Al Quoz, and pet sitting and dog walking in your home through Dog House at Your Door. Sending an enquiry through this website, by email or by phone does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you.
All dogs using our facility must be registered under Dubai Municipality and must already hold the required vaccinations, and every dog completes a behavioural assessment before joining. Rates, packages, peak season dates and cancellation terms are published on our rates page and in our Terms and Conditions.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep prices, opening hours and service descriptions on this site current. They can change, and the price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the one that applies. Articles on our blog are general information about looking after a dog and are not veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell, please speak to your vet.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to our social media profiles and to Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog House is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
